Our unique tracking system will send you an automated email whenever the status of your shipment is updated, therefore you will receive an email advising you of the following information…..
- Your booking has been received and is confirmed.
- Your shipment is out for collection today.
- Your shipment has been collected.
- The International vehicle number.
- Your goods have shipped.
- Your shipment has arrived into the relevant Cargo-Partner terminal.
- Your shipment is our for delivery today.
- Your shipment has been delivered.
- Export Customs Documents and Proof of Deliveries will also be sent upon request.
Updates can also be received by logging into the tracking system via the link on our Booking Confirmation or on our home page.
Your password will be your own generated job reference or purchase order number, so it will be different and unique for each of your bookings.

- Our groupage services consolidate and operate from our Hull, Bradford, Stoke-on-Trent, and Basildon terminals.
- Our East European pallet network (EEPN) service consolidates in our Basildon terminal only.
- We have the unique ability to offer ‘delivered’ options throughout Russia and the CIS States.
- We complete all export customs clearance requirements for all non EU shipments, including the use of our own T1 guarantee. We also complete the customs clearance formalities for all import shipments from outside of the EU, including the use of our deferment account.
- In addition to our services to and from the UK, we can also offer fully comprehensive cross trade services to/from and of the counties in this region.
- All services are operated and co-ordinated by Aztek International Freight Ltd and Cargo-Partner, therefore we are in complete control of your shipments from collected, through to their final destination.

Yes we can provide Proof of Deliveries on request. These can take up to two to three weeks to filter through the network except for matters of discrepancy.
At the moment we have had to suspend carrying ADR cargo on our road freight groupage services due to the lack of hazardous trained drivers coming into the country. However we can accommodate hazardous shipments on our part load and full load services.
We carry all classes of ADR except classes 1 and 7.
You will receive an email from our tracking system advising that you shipment is out for collection or delivery on that day. All collections and deliveries are via our domestic networks and are between the hours of 09:00hrs and 17:30hrs unless previously agreed.

Yes with the appropriate letter of authorisation, we can raise EUR1’s, Certificates of Origin, ATR docs and Health Certificates.
Yes all collections and deliveries are booked in. We do not attempt to collect or deliver without making contact with the relevant persons. This requires the correct contact name and telephone number to be supplied at the time of booking.
Yes, we do this via our deferment account and will ensure that there are not unwanted delays at the port or airport.

Our AEO accreditation gives you peace of mind that our staff and facilities in the UK are reviewed annually to ensure efficiency and security when it comes to your shipments and the information that we hold. All customs controls and procedures are compliant with HMRC requirements.
